SWARM didn't start as a startup idea. It started as a stack of browser tabs — an accounting system, a vendor portal, a bank login, and a spreadsheet — and a business operator who got tired of paying smart people to copy numbers between them.

The first agents weren't a product. They were survival tools for working businesses — among the first, an independent auto dealer group, one of the most paperwork-heavy operations there is: a script that pulled financing data every 15 minutes, a reconciliation job that matched the bank to the sales log, a clerk agent that drafted the same chase emails a human had been writing by hand for years.

Then something changed. Month-end stopped being an investigation. The morning scramble became a memo waiting in the inbox. Missing records surfaced the day after they happened instead of thirty days later. The people who had been doing that work by hand started doing the work they were actually hired for.

That's when we knew it wasn't an internal tool anymore. ICB Tech Solutions built SWARM into a platform so any business — single location or many, any industry — can put the same swarm to work.

We're operators first. Every feature exists because a real business needed it on a real day. Every number on this site comes from the platform actually running — including the month it matched 1,579 bank transactions with a variance of exactly zero dollars and zero cents.

How we build

Nothing customer-facing leaves the building without a person clicking approve. The swarm drafts, matches, flags, and chases — your team stays in command.

Every action leaves a trail.

Per-record timelines, per-transaction match records, per-draft approval logs. If an auditor — or your owner — asks "why," the answer is one click away.

Numbers must tie out. Exactly.

"Close enough" isn't a reconciliation. Agents match to the penny or they flag it — and a flag always comes with the context to resolve it fast.
