Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
Standard connectors (accounting, bank, CRM, payments) are included. If your stack needs a custom connector built from scratch, we quote it up front during the demo — no surprises after you sign.
What counts as a location?
One physical site (or operating unit) with its own books and operational systems. Multiple lines of business under one roof and one accounting instance count as one location.
Can we start with Core and add agents later?
Yes — that's the normal path. Most businesses start with Core, watch the brief and bank rec run for a month, then turn on the Document Clerk and exposure audit. Upgrades take effect the next business day.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month. If SWARM isn't earning its keep, cancel and take your data with you — full export, standard formats.
